Delete your GroomWorth account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app (immediate)

  1. Open GroomWorth and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away. There is no undo.

Without the app (by email)

Email support@groomworth.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my GroomWorth account". We may reply to confirm it's really you, then delete the account and tell you when it's done, within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in, which is also your sign-in for our other apps, and anything you keep in them.
  • Your business and its settings, including your logo.
  • Every client and every pet you recorded.
  • Every quote and groom, and the earnings recorded with them.

What may remain for a while

  • Copies in our providers' backups, for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
  • Delivery records of account emails we sent you, which our email provider keeps for a limited time.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. If you ever have one, cancel it in the store too.
